Dr Tan is a Senior Consultant and Head of Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Centre. He specializes in

  • Shoulder arthroscopy, joint replacement, fracture fixation, tendon transfer, bone reconstruction
  • Knee arthroscopy and ligamentous reconstruction, meniscus repair
  • Cartilage resurfacing and reconstruction
  • Elbow reconstruction and fracture fixation

Qualifications

He graduated from the National University of Singapore School of Medicine and obtained Master of Medicine in Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh (Orth Trauma).
